- Schedule : Flexible scheduling; primarily 13-hour shifts (6a7p or 6p7a)

- Patient Demographics : Primarily adults (95%), with some pediatric cases (5%)
- Average Daily Volume / Census : Annual ED volume of approximately 29,000 visits
- Admissions & Rounding : Included as necessary for emergency transfers and stabilization
- Consults & Follow-Ups : Yes
- Case Mix / Clinical Focus Areas : Medical emergencies, cardiac events, STEMI, basic surgical and orthopedic emergencies FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
- Trauma Designation : Non-trauma center
- EMR System : Epic
- Specialty Backup : Ability to transfer high-acuity patients to trauma centers as needed
- Support Staff : 2 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) per shift
- Leadership & Reporting Structure : Reports to the Emergency Department Medical Director

Requirements : ABEM or AOBEM Board Certification required
