A company is looking for a Procurement Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily order processing to vendors, ensuring accurate order and inventory information
Resolve order exceptions by collaborating with internal and external teams to mitigate delivery delays
Monitor metrics to ensure orders meet Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and proactively address risks
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in operations, procurement, supply chain management, or a related field
Hands-on experience with order placement, lead time management, and vendor coordination
Proficiency with operational tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Retool
Strong analytical skills focused on process efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field (preferred)
