Salary: $180,000 $250,000 annually (Negotiable based on experience and skillset)

As we expand services into El Paso, TX, we are seeking a skilled and compassionate Board-Certified Endocrinologist to join our growing team.

Position Summary

The ideal candidate will provide outpatient endocrine care across both Las Cruces and El Paso, with an emphasis on personalized chronic disease management and integrative care. Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage endocrine disorders including diabetes, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and metabolic bone diseases
• Interpret DXA scans/Echolight REMS densitometry and thyroid ultrasounds with accuracy
• Perform or supervise thyroid biopsies (preferred, not required)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including Podiatry and Wound Care specialists
• Provide consultative input on endocrine-related wound healing and metabolic optimization
• Participate in expanding services into El Paso, including patient outreach and practice development

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified in Endocrinology
• Active Texas medical license and New Mexico License (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Proficient in reading DXA /REMS densitometry scans and thyroid ultrasounds
• Experience with thyroid fine needle aspiration (FNA) biopsies is a plus
• Wound care interest or experience preferred
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Willingness to work at both Las Cruces and El Paso locations
