As a Production Quality Analyst, you will support the Courtland site across all of the production areas. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading the Monthly Corrective Action Board with site leadership and support organizations
• Ensuring product compliance through auditing the production areas to Lockheed Martin procedures / processes and customer requirements.
• Preparing for and leading certification / compliance audits
• Trending Quality metrics and deep diving into data to find root causes or data errors.
• Tracking actions and following up with owners to ensure timely completion.
• Helping dive process improvements and cost savings utilizing a continuous improvement mentality
• Performing ESD and grounding certifications
• Leading small projects or other tasks as assigned.

Experience performing audits

Project management experience

Lean Manufacturing and or Problem Solving experience (green / black belt certification)

Understanding of ESD equipment, its requirements and certification process

Experience working within an AS9100 / ISO9001 certified quality system

Currently or has in the past possessed a Security Clearance
