Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Med Surg Discipline : RN Start Date : ASAP Duration : 1 weeks 1 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, evenings Employment Type : Local Contract Registered Nurses provide comprehensive, goal-oriented nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. This role blends medical-surgical and rehabilitative nursing, focusing on helping patients regain function and independence in a supportive, team-based environment. Key Responsibilities : - Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to diverse rehab patients - Monitor patient status and administer medications and treatments - Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers on care plans - Educate patients and families on recovery, self-care, and discharge needs - Support patient progress toward functional independence and rehab goals Qualifications : - Active RN license in Pennsylvania - Experience in med-surg, rehab, or acute care preferred - BLS certification required; ACLS preferred - Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills At ARMStaffing we take care of our nurses!
