SUMMARY : Our client is seeking an accomplished, forward-thinking to lead the company’s strategic sales direction, drive market expansion, and accelerate revenue growth.

DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop, communicate, and execute the company’s long-term revenue growth strategy in alignment with overall vision and objectives
• Lead market diversification efforts, expanding into Power Generation, Chip Manufacturing and Data Center markets while maintaining a strong presence in core markets
• Identify, prioritize, and penetrate high-value accounts and strategic partnerships within target industries
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities, adjusting strategies to maximize market share
• Build and manage a high-performance sales organization capable of delivering aggressive revenue targets
• Define clear sales KPIs and establish a disciplined pipeline management process, ensuring accurate forecasting and accountability at all levels
• Utilize advanced sales enablement tools, CRM systems, and data analytics to track performance, measure ROI of sales resources and optimize resource allocation
• Develop and execute salesperson incentive and compensation plans designed to drive high performance and reward achievement
