Client Performance Coordinator

Job Description

This role involves helping clients evaluate their performance-related needs and guiding them through educational conversations about their best options. You will communicate virtually, manage structured follow-ups, and maintain organized notes for every interaction. You will also provide ongoing support to ensure clients feel confident in their choices and fully understand the solutions available to them. This role requires patience, clear communication, and a service-focused mindset.
