In the Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions (CEMA) business area we develop next-generation threat detection, countermeasure, and attack solutions to provide customers with full-spectrum electronic warfare capabilities to enhance mission survivability. The Sr. Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) is a leadership role within the Supply Chain function, reporting directly to the Electronic Attack Solutions (EAS) Supply Chain Director. The successful candidate will provide leadership and guidance to a team of ~2-3 direct reports and will be responsible for maintaining the appropriate staffing to support subcontract management requirements. This role operates as an extension of the program manager and is responsible for managing subcontract performance (cost, schedule, quality & technical) with support from a cross-functional integrated product team (IPT).

Full-Time Salary Range : $146670 - $249330
