KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Customer & Operations for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities :

  • Deliver Financial Services engagements : Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Improvement, Data Management & Analytics, Digital Marketing & Sales, IT Strategy, Spend Optimization & Efficiency, and Operations Transformation
  • Oversee project success in concepts of data product management, data management, data science, data governance, analysis, and AI. In the areas of Customer Sales, Marketing, and Servicing, for Financial Services companies.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and senior partner sponsors to plan and estimate project scope and objectives. Manage stakeholder relationships and vendor partnerships effectively.
  • Conduct current state assessments, perform industry / competitor research, develop gap assessments, and design target state operating models
  • Lead KPMG teams through daily execution of activities, deliverables, project plans, and client presentations and lead business development efforts for primary target clients
  • Support proposal and business development activities by identifying new target clients, building business relationships with key executives, and developing / presenting proposals
  • Assist with developing, updating, and running practice operations

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of five years of experience in technology project management, business process, process delivery and / or information systems within a consulting firm
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from an accredited college / university
  • Experience collaborating within a transforming organization, as well as with stakeholders and partners like sales, product, tech, IT, corporate communications, legal and compliance and understanding of asset management and / or financial services a strong plus
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology, project management principles, and systems development life cycles (SDLC), along with familiarity with modern development tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to assess and enhance processes within an organization and knowledge of challenges faced by implementation teams along with demonstrated track record of leadership, client management, and project management skills
  • Ability to formulate and express ideas clearly and effectively in verbal and written presentations
  • Must be able to travel to client local office 3 days per week and other travel as needed
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
