MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE IN HAND

IMPORTANT REMINDER : SMOKE / NICOTINE FREE FACILITY - No Exceptions! -Negative 10 Panel + Nicotine (Cotinine) Drug screen required within 12 months of start. Must be updated annually.

Must have EPIC experience.
