FTE : 1, Shift : Day, Schedule : M-F 40hours

NOTE : This position will work remotely but the primary residence must be within the State of Washington, Oregon or Idaho.

Position Summary

The DME Program Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of retail / DME sales to include : patient scheduling; insurance verification; custom fitting; charge entry; completing Epic work queues and documentation; payment posting; batch balancing; providing product information to patients on equipment functionality; communicating with patients / families; conducting inventory control and inputting products into point of sales system.

Requirements

• High School graduate or equivalent
• BOC Certified Orthotic Fitter- required within 1 (one) year of hire
• Minimum three (3) years experience in CPT and ICD-9 / 10 coding experience required
• Minimum one (1) year DME (Durable Medical Equipment) clinical experience required
• 10-key skills and data entry experience preferred

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $19.13 - $27.53 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to : skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and / or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
