The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of litigation matters. This candidate should feel comfortable conducting legal research, drafting various legal documents, filing with the courts, and preparing for discovery and trial.

Responsibilities

• Legal fact and basic legal research
• Assist with case management
• Organize and electronically file pleadings
• Cite-check and Bluebook as required
• Prepare legal documents for attorney review
• Prepare for discovery and trial
