Admissions : 4 (3-5) pediatric patients & 7 (3-15) newborn / nursery patients

Rounding included : Yes

Support Staff : RN

Specialty Backup : EM physicians, Neonatologist

Duties :

  • Standby / on call for emergency or complicated C-sections, ED call for pediatric patients.
  • I n-person evaluation or phone consultation based on ER physician's determination of the patient's condition.

    • Procedures : Pediatric resuscitation and intubation

    No. of Beds : 70

    EMR : Cerner

    Other Info :

  • Neonatologists to attend all high-risk deliveries and NICU

    • Travel, lodging, and malpractice insurance covered

    Requirements : Active CA license

    BC / BE

    DEA

    NRP or PALS
