Boulder Ponds Senior Living, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking compassionate and dedicated HHA / CNAs to join our team. Our community, which opened in the spring of 2021, is located in Lake Elmo, MN, right on the border of Woodbury and Oakdale, and is easily accessible off highway 94. We provide Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services in a gorgeous 95-unit, apartment-style community. Our team is fun, caring, and passionate about helping our residents Age Magnificently. Shifts available include full-time / part-time PM (2pm-10pm) and full-time / part-time NOC (10pm-6am). HHA wage : $17-$22 per hour. CNA wage : $19-$24 per hour. Shift differential : $1 PM, $2 overnight.

In this position, you will provide support to our residents with their personal care services including :

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration.

Preferred qualifications include experience in an assisted living community, a strong interest in healthcare, a positive and compassionate attitude, and strong customer service and communication skills.
