VP / General Manager - US Marketing Services

At SocioSquares, we’re a team of 30+ creative and online marketing experts in US and India, who are passionate about SEO, and lead generation for small law firms.

We are rapidly expanding our presence in the US and looking for a dynamic, entrepreneurial leader to take charge of our Marketing Services business.

The Opportunity

This is a key leadership role. You’ll work directly with the founding team to scale our US Marketing business , shape the growth strategy, build and lead high-performance teams, and establish strategic client relationships.

You’ll manage core business functions across Sales , Service Delivery , and Client Success , ensuring operational excellence and a relentless focus on growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and grow SocioSquares’ US Marketing Services business.
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline, and convert high-intent leads into happy clients
  • Oversee delivery of SEO, PPC, Web, and other digital services for small law firms
  • Partner with our Demand Gen team to hit and exceed new client and revenue goals
  • Be a coach, not just a manager. Help your team sharpen their skills and level up
  • Own operations. Define how things get done and improve them continuously
  • Hire the right people, manage performance, and build a team you're proud of
  • Be the trusted advisor clients call when they’re stuck, scaling, or need clarity
  • Identify gaps, propose solutions, and create new opportunities for growth

About You :

  • Self-Starter. Has a fire in the belly. Walks through walls. Takes no prisoners. In a word : driven. Even when no one is watching. Especially then.
  • You don’t do just one thing and you don’t want to. You’re good at many things and you pride yourself on being able to figure new shit out – on your own
  • You’re a juggler.  You always have multiple balls in the air and you juggle them effortlessly. In fact, it makes you more productive. This doesn’t mean you lack focus, it means you’re insanely productive. You don’t drop balls. Even if the first pass doesn’t take, you  figure it out  and you pride yourself on that.
  • You’re a team player.   You can’t imagine yourself saying “that’s not my job.” You’re confident, not cocky. You’re always ready to take on new  responsibilities
  • Creative. You like to think of new ideas to innovate for clients and grow business from them.
  • Good Judgment. You’ve had experience with startups and you understand what is great quality work.
  • You are a learner and always looking to understand more marketing on digital and law firms businesses.
  • Organized. Period.
  • Qualifications and Experience :

  • 10+ years in a digital marketing agency or performance marketing environment.
  • 5+ years of direct Sales experience in online marketing services.
  • Proven track record of selling solutions like Web Design, SEO, SEM, and PPC , especially to small law firms or other SMB segments.
  • Strong background in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience building and scaling delivery and sales teams in a growth-stage environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Prior experience with remote teams or hybrid work models preferred.

    Compensation : Total Comp of $200K including- base + Commission + Performance Bonus + ESOP

    Type : Full-Time
