Job Description

Lead all field operations on a $50M+ wood-framed, steel podium multifamily project in Warwick, RI. Manage and mentor a team of 6 superintendents to ensure project success. Oversee scheduling, logistics, and subcontractor coordination to maintain timelines and budgets. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, building codes, and quality control. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and ownership to resolve issues proactively. Drive the project from ground breaking through completion with a focus on excellence and client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lead Superintendent should have : proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on large wood-framed multifamily projects ($30M+), strong leadership skills, holds a MA CSL license and OSHA certification, exceptional communication and organizational abilities to drive collaboration and results, detail-oriented and solutions-driven, with a track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
