A company is looking for a Benefits Analyst who will support health care planning and administration.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate wellness activities and report related savings
Execute health & welfare initiatives and coordinate administrative activities
Compile data and perform statistical analysis for health care practices
Required Qualifications
Three to five years of benefits experience, including retiree benefit administration
Ability to interpret complex medical and prescription drug coverage
Experience with Microsoft software applications and HR Information Systems
Exceptional management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field preferred; Master's degree is a plus
