Needed within Call Center/Customer Service department in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Duties include: Performing tasks related to client relations; Taking inbound calls from current & past customers that have purchased company's products/items to provide assistance, ETA’s, & verifications; Collaborating with team regarding customer questions, requests, refunds, replacements, &/or missing parts; Providing future customers with item descriptions by navigating website; Calling customers to receive feedback on purchased items.
