Call Center/Customer Service

Needed within Call Center/Customer Service department in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. Duties include: Performing tasks related to client relations; Taking inbound calls from current & past customers that have purchased company's products/items to provide assistance, ETA’s, & verifications; Collaborating with team regarding customer questions, requests, refunds, replacements, &/or missing parts; Providing future customers with item descriptions by navigating website; Calling customers to receive feedback on purchased items. Required qualifications: Min. 1 yr. Call Center exp. Mon-Fri/8:00am-5:00pm (some Saturdays may be required). Wage: $19.00 hr. (#2.0728.116 – Rancho Cucamonga)
