Pediatric ARNP :
Join South Sound Pediatrics in Olympia, Washington, a thriving medical home with integrated behavioral health (2 counselors and access to psychiatry consultation), 6 pediatricians, and 1 ARNP. Competitive salary and benefits. Work schedule 3-4 days per week, potential to work some 1 / 2 days on Saturdays, or some late schedule hours, but would be negotiated. PCC EHR. We are a member of Seattle Children's Care Network CIN and MulticareConnected Care CIN. We have integrated behavioral health and are devoted to addressing the social determinants of health, with the support of our Community Health Worker (CHW). Reach Out and Read is a key part of our clinic. We are in the process of PCMH certification and have participated in multiple studies on vaccine hesitancy with Seattle Children's and grants to support our work and quality improvement. We love our PCC EHR and use it to drive quality and performance.
We have many Spanish and Vietnamese-speaking patients and have bilingual staff members to assist with our care.
Olympia is a lovely city that cares about its population. The location in South Puget Sound is very central to the mountains, ocean, and several large cities. It has universities and colleges, and state government, thriving arts, and numerous outdoor activities.

Qualifications :
ARNP pediatric or family.
Must possess a current, valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Washington or be eligible to obtain licensure.
Must have a valid DEA license. Basic Life Support (BLS) required. PALS, ACLS, or ATLS may be used to substitute for BLS. Bilingual language skills are a bonus.
