Location : Santa Clara, CA 95050

Position Type : Full time

Schedule : Monday Friday 8 : 00a-5 : 00p

About the Role

Seeking a dedicated and experienced MD / DO for a family medicine clinic in Jersey Enfield, CT. This is a locum tenens opportunity to provide high-quality care in a Primary Care setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Standard outpatient primary care, all acute and chronic conditions
  • Manage 20 patients per day using the Epic EMR system
  • Deliver services in a collaborative, supportive environment
  • Ensure compliance with clinical guidelines and standards

Qualifications

  • Board Certified (BC) MD / DO
  • Active DEA and BLS certifications
  • Connecticut license
  • Minimum 2 year of clinical experience in either family or internal medicine
  • Strong communication and patient care skills
