The de la Garza Law Group is looking for a full time associate attorney eager to participate in every phase of litigation, including but not limited to :

• Researching legal issues as they arise
• Filing lawsuits
• Propounding and responding to discovery
• Attending depositions and hearings
• Drafting and responding to Motions
• Participating as second chair at trial.

Ideal candidates will have graduated within the top 3rd of their class from a tier 3 law school or top half of their class from a tier 1 or 2 law school.
