• Experienced Dialysis Registered Nurse
• provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI's in-center hemodialysis units as part of a patient care team. Our RNs are integral in ensuring safe care and the highest quality outcomes are prioritized for every patient.
• Schedule
• : Full-time, five 8-hour shifts; Sundays off; no overnight shifts
• Compensation
• : Pay ranges from $33-$42 per hour, depending on nursing and dialysis experience

• Responsibilities
• What You Can Expect :
• Prepare dialysis machine, its alarms, and treatment supplies and ensure quality standards are met
• Perform hemodialysis treatments per facility policies and procedures
• Ongoing patient education, training and health coaching
• Monitor patients during dialysis, assessing and communicating changes with physician and families
• Administer and chart all prescribed medications
• Follow CDC / CMS infection control regulations
• Participate in patient care conferences, rounds and chart reviews
• Document required patient education efforts
• Facilitate continuity of care with local hospitals
• Assist in medication inventory maintenance
• Lead a small patient care team
• Contribute to onboarding new staff members as directed
• Additional tasks as requested
• Qualifications

• Education / Training :
• Accredited nursing degree required
• Dialysis experience required
• DCI provides 3-months of comprehensive training, including classroom group sessions and one-on-one skills training
