Business Development Manager – Fluid Power Solutions (OEM Focus)
Location : Arkansas - Preferred Little Rock - Remote
Are you passionate about helping OEMs solve complex motion control and fluid power challenges? This role offers the chance to partner directly with engineering teams and manufacturers to design smarter, more efficient systems — improving safety, reliability, and energy efficiency across a range of industrial applications.
You’ll join a national network of experts in fluid power, automation, and motion control — known for delivering engineered solutions that drive measurable performance gains for customers across North America.
What You’ll Do :
- Drive growth with OEMs : Identify and win new business with high-potential OEM accounts while expanding relationships with existing customers.
- Deliver engineered value : Work alongside application and design engineers to develop and sell integrated hydraulic, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical solutions tailored to customer needs.
- Lead with insight : Understand each customer’s operational goals, recommend the right mix of products and systems, and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Manage your pipeline : Own your sales funnel from prospecting through close — maintaining accurate CRM records, market feedback, and forecasts.
- Champion retention : Ensure a top-tier customer experience through consistent post-sale engagement, solution follow-up, and continuous improvement conversations.
- Stay current : Keep pace with industry trends in electrification, energy efficiency, and smart automation through ongoing training and collaboration.
What You Bring :
A hunter’s mindset — motivated to build relationships, open doors, and grow new business.Background in industrial or fluid power markets (hydraulics, pneumatics, motion control, or automation).Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, business-focused way.Proficiency in MS Office and modern virtual selling tools (Teams, CRM, etc.).Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering preferred (or equivalent technical and sales experience).A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally.Why Join :
