Provide general CAD drafting and design support for engineers, architects, surveyors, and land planners to produce a variety of design drawings for development projects.Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to clients.Organize information to create final construction drawing packages for the wide of projects that the company engineers.Ensure that design deliverables meet municipal codes and requirements.Adopt and apply our defined quality control review process to ensure accuracy and quality of work.Be our client’s advocate to help them efficiently navigate municipality approval.Build relationships with project managers and professional engineers to collaborate and problem‑solve on a variety of projects.With clear and concise communication, coordinate with a variety of individuals involved in the development process.May be required to perform administrative‑type duties as required, i.e., copying and collating plans and preparing / delivering submittals.Will be expected to participate in department goal‑setting and accomplishments, book reviews, and personal and team development.REQUIREMENTS
