Job description
A company is looking for a Technical Instructional Designer to create engaging technical content for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and organize technical instructional materials, ensuring clarity and usability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into compelling content
Audit terminology and uphold UX writing standards to enhance user engagement
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, English, journalism, or communications
5-7 years of experience in creating documentation for technical audiences
Strong portfolio of UI / UX content samples
Ability to read and interpret some programming code
Experience working effectively in a collaborative environment
