A leading healthcare organization in New Haven, Connecticut, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join its Cardiac Electrophysiology team. In this role, you will deliver high-quality patient care, perform pre- and post-procedure assessments, manage follow-up care, and collaborate closely with physicians and the broader care team. Job Description :

Compensation : $125000 - $145000 Job ID : 37889

Job Function :

Provide care to electrophysiology patients in the EP clinic.

Manage implantable cardiac devices, including pacemakers, defibrillators, and loop monitors.

Oversee treatment plans for arrhythmia patients, including anti-arrhythmic medications and anticoagulation.

Conduct telephone triage to support patients and address clinical inquiries.

Assist administrative staff with prior authorizations and peer-to-peer reviews for surgical scheduling.

Support physicians with inpatient consultations and care coordination.

Job Requirements :

Active Connecticut state license.

DEA and CSR (active or in process preferred, but not required).

Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program.

1 year of cardiology experience; electrophysiology experience preferred.
