Completed residency and / or fellowship as required. Active NY Medical License, DEA, and DPS registration (may be completed during credentialing). Experience in primary care and diagnostic services. Team-oriented with excellent patient care skills.

Job Summary :
We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Cardiology Physician to provide high-quality care in various settings, including Office, Urgent Care, House Calls, and Nursing Home divisions.
Responsibilities :
- Provide primary care services to patients, including those in nursing homes.
- Order tests, analyze results, and refer to specialists when needed.
- Diagnose conditions and prescribe appropriate treatments and medications.
- Advise patients on lifestyle and dietary changes to improve health.
- Maintain accurate, timely medical records and ensure patient confidentiality.
