MVM Moving and Storage is looking for a dedicated and responsible Crew Leader to lead our moving teams in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Crew Leader, you will oversee a team of movers, ensuring each job is executed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities :

• Lead Moving Crew : Directly manage and work alongside a team of movers to load, transport, and unload furniture and personal belongings.
• Customer Service : Be the primary point of contact for customers on moving day, addressing questions and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Job Preparation : Review job details in advance, inspect moving equipment and trucks for readiness, and ensure all necessary materials are available.
• Safety Oversight : Enforce safety protocols to prevent injuries and property damage, including accurate documentation of any incidents as required.
• Training & Supervision : Mentor and train team members in proper moving techniques, equipment use, and best practices for handling fragile items.
• Problem Solving : Resolve on-the-job challenges and make quick decisions to ensure the job stays on schedule.
• Record Keeping : Complete paperwork accurately and submit it promptly, ensuring all details about the job and crew performance are recorded.
