The Role

As Project Manager, you'll oversee land development projects from concept through construction, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance. You'll lead client coordination, manage multidisciplinary teams, and mentor junior engineers. Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and residential land development projects from planning through permitting and construction.
• Lead site design efforts, including grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater management.
• Coordinate with internal disciplines and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers, leveraging internal and external leadership resources.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
