Position Summary
We are seeking bilingual (Spanish / English) individuals to join our team; no legal experience is necessary! We will train you how to support our team’s efforts toward successful outcomes for our clients. You will be provided with the training and tools necessary to support our attorneys through all phases of personal injury case management, and this role will help prepare you for possible advancement into higher level positions. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable in a customer-service environment with familiarity of office technology / software.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative and technical support to paralegals in the litigation phase of our cases.Assist with scheduling, preparing legal documents, communicating with clients, and other duties as assigned.Create first drafts of documents and written materials for review and editing by paralegals and attorneys.Help tracking deadlines, coordinating disclosures, summarizing medical records, creating privilege logs, and preparing deposition summaries.Assist with keeping calendar appointments accurate and updated.Communicate effectively with both Spanish-speaking and English-speaking clients.Help maintain detailed case files and update the case‑management database (Clio / Needles or similar) with notes, tasks, and deadlines.Required Qualifications
Experience interacting directly with customers in both Spanish and English.Ability to learn new tasks quickly and ask questions when direction is not clear.Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Ability to prioritize, multi‑task, and thrive under deadlines while maintaining professionalism and empathy.Willingness to use AI tools to assist in your work.Compensation & Benefits
