A company is looking for a Communications Coordinator to provide executive support and manage projects within the Communications & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Communications & Marketing Officer, including scheduling and document preparation
Manage project workflows and timelines using Asana, ensuring effective collaboration across teams
Support content development and logistics planning for department initiatives and events
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in English, communications, marketing, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
Two to three years of experience supporting communication leaders or senior executives in relevant settings
Experience with executive support and project management preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, G-Suite, Salesforce, Asana, and Zoom
