• 18-day or night shifts per month.Days are 10-hour shifts.Nights are 14-hour shifts.

• PAN can block shifts together
• PAN can work mostly days or mostly nights
• Salary of $580k
• Signing bonus of $60k
• Make between $50k - $150k in extra pay for nights or additional shifts
• 24 days PTO, 12 sick days, 5 CME, federal holidays
• Malpractice and comprehensive health plans
• Retirement plan contributes 9%
