Family Medicine - Sanford Health - Hartford, SD

Sanford Health is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide a full range of family medicine in a small community outside of the Sioux Falls metro area.

Outpatient-Only, optional OB & newborn nursery

Practice to consist of 1 physician and 2 APPs

Physician call is currently shared with additional Sanford physician groups in Sioux Falls which is 1 : 40 for non-OB and 1 : 5 for FM w / OB (1-2 weeks / year for the non-OB)

The clinics and medical center utilize EPIC for their EMR

The clinic offers an in-house lab and basic radiology
