• ?Location :  90 Clinton St. New York, NY 10002
• ? Schedule :  4pm-10pm, 10am-3pm

Responsibilities :

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner

Manage reservations and waitlists using popular apps such as OpenTable, Resy, Yelp Reservations , or similar

Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about reservations, hours, and menu

Maintain a clean and organized host station and front entrance

Uphold our service standards with professionalism and positivity

Requirements :

Previous experience in a host / hostess or customer-facing role preferred

Familiarity with reservation platforms ( OpenTable, Resy, etc. ) a must

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented

A team player with a passion for hospitality
