Job Summary :

The Clerk oversees the daily operation of the front desk in the hospital main lobby and works with the Patient Satisfaction team to ensure a high quality experience for all who enter Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus,

Qualifications :

• High school diploma
• 3-5 years in Patient Satisfaction, Customer Service, or related field preferred
• Behavioral Competency : Customer Service, Confidentiality, Professionalism, Communication, Listening, Teamwork, Quality / Performance Improvement, Autonomy / Organization, Accountability, Ownership
• Professional Development Job Awareness
