Position Overview

Schedule : 1 weekend per month (Friday 7 : 00 AM - Monday 7 : 00 AM)

Amount of Coverage Needed : 1 weekend per month (flexible scheduling)

Setting : Hospital - Level IV Trauma Center

Hospital Bed Size : 189

Call Coverage : 24-hour weekend call

Support Staff : No extra support for call coverage

EMR System : Cerner

Clinical Expectations

Patient Volume :

Friday : 1-2 patients

Saturday / Sunday : 5-10 consults per day

Procedures :

General urology procedures

OR cases as needed (stents, stones, clot evacuation, etc.)

Patient Population : Adults (18+)

Requirements

Board Certification : Required

State License : Active West Virginia license or IMLC accepted

Certifications : BLS and ACLS required

DEA : Required

Credentialing Timeframe : 45-60 days
