    • Key Skills Required

  • SALES : Ability to close over 50% of leads.
  • LEADERSHIP : Be a proactive leader, hold regular meetings, and lead your team to growth.
  • FINANCE : Manage the facility P&L, review budgets monthly.

    Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key contact for members, focusing on customer experience.
  • Assist with member check-ins, memberships, payments, sales, and events.

    • Qualifications

  • Associate Degree
  • 3+ years management experience
  • Proven sales ability
  • Knowledge of gym and retail operations
  • Energetic, positive attitude
  • Committed to being the first in and last out

    • Compensation : $45,000 - $65,000 per year.

    D1 Training is rapidly growing with over 80 facilities and more in development. We focus on strategic, science-backed training to help athletes and adults reach their goals.
