We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for production line IT systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for working closely with production engineers to ensure smooth operations using production line IT systems.

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather requirements to fill the needs of development and improve the existing systems.
• Execute tasks related to production processes for a production line IT system, including monitoring and troubleshooting applications and databases connecting with production equipment and optimizing workflows.
• Partner with internal business teams including production engineering team to understand requirements and optimize workflows using a production line IT system.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align with system architecture and performance goals.
• Prioritize against engaged priorities and collaborate across IT teams and internal business teams to deliver on business objectives.
• Support a mission-critical systems using mature IT and engineering practices
• Monitor application / database performances and optimize process to ensure efficient operation
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency of business processes that work with the implemented technologies.
• Provide technical expertise and support to enhance the reliability and scalability of production systems.
• Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for a production line IT system.
• Generate reports on daily activities, system performances and meetings.
