Ecosat LLC is hiring a  Lead Low Voltage Technician / Site Supervisor  to help launch and grow our operations in the San Diego area. This is a key role as we expand from cross-border government projects into long-term commercial and infrastructure work in Southern California.

You’ll lead a small field team in the installation of low-voltage systems — including structured cabling, access control, alarm, and surveillance — across a variety of client sites.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a 2–3 person installation team

Read and interpret plans, wiring diagrams, and specs

Install, terminate, and test Cat6, coax, alarm, and conduit systems

Mount and program cameras, door readers, panels, and alarms

Maintain jobsite safety and quality standards

Communicate with project managers, general contractors, and clients

Document installation progress with photos and reports

Requirements

Fluent Spanish speaker  (required – team and vendors are bilingual)

3+ years of hands-on low-voltage installation experience

At least 1 year of leadership or crew supervision experience

Able to read blueprints and technical documentation

Skilled with power tools, ladders, testers, and basic low-voltage tools

Must pass a background check (for access to government sites)

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 preferred
