THIS POSITION REQUIRES UP TO 70% TRAVEL.

WHAT YOU WILL DO :

As a Tier 2 AV Field Technician , you will be responsible for installing and managing a variety of AV technologies at client sites. Your duties include comprehensive cable management, hardware installation, and ensuring compliance with all contract requirements. You will diagnose and resolve technical issues and must be prepared to travel extensively for project support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Provide daily reporting to the Project Management team.
• Install a wide variety of technology into clients' existing and new build project sites.
• Cable Management.
• Plan layout and install of all 1st fix hardware to include bracketry, ceiling speaker hardware ensuring required general contract requirements are in place.
• Knowledgeable of low voltage electrical concepts.
• Possess basic carpentry and / or installation skills.
• Proficient use and safety with power tools.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
• Travel as needed to other sites for project support and / or installs.
