Summary :

The Customer Solutions Representative role handles all incoming calls, identifies client needs and troubleshoots problems to resolution. This role functions as a liaison between all internal and external customers and the clinical laboratory.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

• Education : High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• License / Certifications : N / A
• Experience : Customer Service experience in a health care setting preferred.
• Additional Skills / Requirements Required : Medical terminology; and computer skills.
• Additional Skills / Requirements Preferred : N / A
