Job descriptionPerform high-accuracy layout, as-built, and topographic surveys. Operate Trimble S7 Total Stations , TSC7 Controllers , and Topcon GPS equipment with Pocket 3D software . Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and project documentation. Collaborate with field crews, engineers, and supervisors to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Travel regularly to various job sites as required. 3+ years of field surveying experience in construction environments. Proficiency with Trimble S7 and Topcon GPS equipment . Strong understanding of construction phases and site processes. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D for drafting and point management. Familiarity with GPS Machine Control systems (Komatsu / TOPCON). OSHA 30 Certification and Autodesk Construction Cloud knowledge.
