About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) to serve as Blood Bank Supervisor in our acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience supervising blood bank operations and be skilled in laboratory testing and quality management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in Blood Bank supervision or clinical laboratory operations.

Current CA Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license .

BLS (AHA) certification .

Certified Technician in Blood Banking (BB) via ASCP certificate .

Proficiency with EpicCare Inpatient EMR (2014 Certified) .

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
