We are seeking an experienced Physician (MD / DO) for a long term / permanent contract (1099) role in San Jose, CA.

Highlights :

• W2 or independent contractor status very competitive compensation
• For Employees : Minimum $345,000 / annually to maximum of $480,000 / annually
• For Independent Contractors : Minimum $370,000 / annually to maximum of $510,000 / annually
• Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage
