As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Full-Time in Sunnyvale, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail / Malls, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol retail or mall locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. You will interact with guests and staff, providing outstanding customer service and clear communication. What You'll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing Allied Universal protocols for unarmed patrol staff.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.

Observe and report any suspicious behavior or activity within the retail or mall location to the appropriate personnel.

Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits, and verifying credentials as required by site-specific policies.

Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and / or law enforcement as circumstances require.

Complete daily activity reports and incident reports in accordance with Allied Universal and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Loss prevention experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
