Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for a Manager Supply Chain to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals within our Global Supply Chain team. This leadership role is an onsite, full-time opportunity located in Melbourne, Florida. Responsibilities include :

• Leading a team of exempt and non-exempt employees, who are responsible for the tracking, receiving, stocking, and issuing of parts supporting various production programs.
• Coordinating interdepartmental activity with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Warehousing, Traffic, Procurement, etc.
• Meeting direct budget targets, writing / updating work instructions, providing performance metrics, and making recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations.
• Developing and executing the strategy for Global Supply Chain Goods Movement and Logistics operations.
• Leading the supply chain team in executing best practices and measuring performance.
• Training and guiding employees in keeping with all Northrop Grumman values.
• Collaborating with various programs on projects related to material receipt, storage, issue, and transportation.
• Leading, coordinating, and collaborating with internal and external customers to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Directing team activities associated with program transportation, storage, and material handling requirements.

Primary Level Salary Range : $111,700.00 - $176,500.00. The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and / or personal business.
