What You'll Do

The Manager of Enterprise Solutions will lead the design, development, and implementation of customized logistics and transportation solutions for enterprise customers across Mexico and Latin America. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's growth in time-critical and high-value logistics sectors, ensuring alignment between commercial strategy, operational capability, and customer requirements. He directly reports into the Vice President of Enterprise Solutions.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical logistics expertise with commercial acumen and cross-functional leadership to deliver best-in-class, customer-specific supply chain solutions.

Solution Design & Development

• Lead the design and optimization of transportation, airfreight, and supply chain solutions for key enterprise and time-critical customers.
• Translate customer requirements into operationally feasible, cost-effective solutions that align with company capabilities.
• Develop proposals, cost models, and implementation plans in collaboration with sales, pricing, and operations teams.
• Support the continuous improvement of solution templates and modeling tools.
