Job Title : Pc Desktop Technician

Client Company : West Chester University of Pennsylvania

Location : To be determined

Job Summary : The Pc Desktop Technician will provide technical support for desktop computers and related equipment. This includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hardware and software.

Responsibilities :

Install and configure desktop computers and peripherals
Provide technical support for hardware and software issues
Maintain and troubleshoot existing systems
Assist in the development and implementation of technical policies and procedures
Collaborate with other IT staff to ensure smooth operation of computer systems

Requirements :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Proven experience in desktop support

Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
