Senior Director of Engineering

A company is looking for a Senior Director of Engineering to lead its Product Development organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and scale engineering teams across multiple domains while fostering a strong engineering culture

Define and execute long-term technical strategy and ensure system reliability and security

Collaborate with Product, Design, and GTM teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Required Qualifications

15+ years of software engineering experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles

Proven track record of scaling engineering organizations with teams of 20+

Experience building and operating SaaS platforms at significant scale

Deep understanding of modern software architecture and cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Exceptional leadership skills with a strong business acumen
