Position Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Test Analyst to join our implementation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in testing CRM and / or ERP solutions with experience across both manual and automated testing. This role is critical to ensuring the quality and reliability of enterprise systems that support key business operations.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for CRM / ERP modules and integrations.
Build and manage test plans, test scripts, and test data aligned with business requirements and user stories.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
Participate actively in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Identify, document, and track defects in tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar.
Ensure traceability of test cases to requirements and user stories.
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and guide business users during testing cycles.
Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to QA best practices.
Required Qualifications :
3+ years of software testing experience, preferably in CRM, ERP, or large-scale enterprise applications.
Hands-on experience testing at least one major platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
Strong manual testing skills and familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Power Automate, RSAT, or equivalent.
Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test documentation.
Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
Proficiency with project management and defect-tracking tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
ISTQB or equivalent certification.
Experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, or system customizations.
Knowledge of CI / CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
